Intricate Networks takes the safety of our staff and our customers very seriously. As restrictions are starting to relax a bit, we are also easing our restrictions to meet with customer demand, however, safety is still a very important part of our working procedures.
Intricate Networks will now start to allow walk-in traffic for computer repair. You will be limited to our front desk and only one customer can be in our entry at a time. If someone is in the store already, we ask that you wait in the hallway until that person leaves. You will also be required to leave your computer/device with us and return later after the work has been completed.

As always, we are also offering remote support over the phone with remote access to your computer.
